A glimpse of Capsule New York
"Walking the shows" during market season is the least of my favorite industry-related activity, but the Capsule Show is an exception as it brings together some of the freshest brands in fashion. So I schlepped all the way to Pier 94 on a lazy Saturday morning, to see what designers have in store for spring 2018.
Below are some of my favorites from the show. Shoes from United Nude for tech and innovation, porcelain jewelry and handbags from Andres Gallardo for sheer uniqueness, and minimalist handbags from Hozen for its sustainable and eco-friendly manufacturing practices through vegan leather and local manufacturing.
